Attend or support our upcoming Caregiver Academy trainings

What is CIP’s Caregiver Academy?

Caregiver Academy is designed to train you in the basic skills needed to be a great in-home caregiver!

The CIP’s mission is to improve the lives of those who need care by supporting caregivers, and Caregiver Academy is just one way that we fulfill this mission.

Through this free 14-hour course, we’ll teach you the fundamental skills of caregiving: communication, boundaries, CPR/First Aid training, medication administration, physical safety, emotional safety, and much more.

Thanks to grant funding from our amazing partners, Caregiver Academy trainings are free for attendees, and we even offer a stipend of $150 for those who complete the 14-hour course. Caring for others is rewarding and makes a difference in the lives of those you care for—so please join our next course!
